Gary Fallon
Founder of VERVANTUM
A passionate advocate for best practices in internationalization strategies, Gary established Vervantum in 2022 with a vision to provide both companies and public-sector institutions with a dedicated advisory resource in all matters related to market access, export strategies and investment attraction.
The core services of Vervantum are designed to span the entire spectrum of internationalization – from feasibility studies for research-based start-ups to diagnostic tools enabling established organizations to benchmark how impactful their current approach to internationalization is – underpinned by training, advisory and direct in-market representation and lead generation support services.
Gary began his career with European business development roles in sectors spanning industrial fabrics, textiles and telecommunications based in Annecy, Paris, Brussels and Munich before joining the Irish governments’ SME development and export promotion agency, Enterprise Ireland, heading up their operations in Berlin, Paris and Beijing where he also operated as a commercial counsellor in the Irish Embassy with responsibility for all trade and investment collaboration between Ireland and Greater China.
Gary was educated at Trinity College Dublin and EM Strasbourg. He holds a BBS and MA in International Economics. Of Irish nationality, Gary speaks French, German and Spanish and his native English.
